Most of my surplus gear is sold at auction on the New Zealand site TradeMe, where you can also read feedback on my auctions.
However on this page I've got some highly specialised items listed:
This Braun Photo Technik lens may fit other projector brands. The diameter of the barrel (which fits inside the projector) is 42 mm & it has a spiral groove. If the lens in your projector has a barrel diameter of 42 mm it will probably work.
This is a high quality professional projection lens made in Germany with a metal body & glass lens elements. Often the cheap lens included with a projector is plastic. Plastic body & perhaps plastic lens elements!
``This lens of the Profi-Line series is fitted with a built-in iris-diaphragm. By closing down the iris to a highter f-stop number you can increase the depth-of-field of the lens, thus projecting glassless mounted slides sharp from edge to edge, although such slides may have curved surfaces. With the same setting you can, of course, project absolutely plane & glass-mounted slides pinsharp across their entire surface. With the Profi-Line PL-lenses you have at your disposal a series of projection lenses of the hightest quality, offering extraordinary sharpness as well as particularly even illumination & extremely good colour restitution. The periodicals "COLOR FOTO" & "FOTO MAGAZIN" state that the BRAUN Ultralit PL 2.4/90 mm MC lens & the iris-fitted Profi-Line lens BRAUN Ultralit PL 2.8/85 mm B-MC are of an equal quality standard with the best lenses on the market.''
If you have good lenses for your camera to produce sharp slides, it might be worth thinking about projecting your slides through a quality projection lens.
The aperture is continuously variable between f/2.8 & f/11 with intermediate markings at f/4, f/5.6 & f/8. There are 11 iris blades for producing a circular aperture.
This lens is 4 years old & is in excellent condition & working order, it comes with the original box & lens cap. The lens is still available new from retailers in Europe & the cheapest I've seen it on the web is 170 euros.
